The Company:
My client is already a known and respected brand in the industry and as part of their continued expansion programme they are now looking to increase the Education recruitment team based at their Birmingham office. As a company they pride themselves on their knowledge and experience within the Education market and are able to attract the best recruitment professionals by offering excellent salary packages and progression opportunities.
The Role:
This is a Billing Team Manager role and you will be overseeing a small, existing team. You will be given plenty of support to develop and grow the team and there are plans to double the size of the office over the next 3 years. You will need to capitalise on existing contacts and clients and build the business while supporting your team. The company have huge expansion plans and this is an excellent opportunity to really make your mark.
About You:
You will either currently be a Team Leader or Branch Manager or an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant looking for the next step in your career. You will have a proven track record in sales and business development and will relish the challenge of building a very successful team. Using your excellent leadership skills you will have the ability to manage and motivate your team. The company will provide you with excellent support and the tools to create a market leading business and will look to grow the branch (and your role). They offer a fantastic salary and commission package. You will need to be an excellent communicator with a good work ethic and the ambition to build a very successful career.
