GSL Education is recruiting a Behaviour Teaching Assistant for a specialist secondary school in Birmingham (B12) . About the Role
You will support Key Stage 3 and 4 students with behavioural needs, implementing behaviour plans and promoting positive engagement in learning. Responsibilities 1:1 and small group support Implement Individual Behaviour Plans (IBPs) Work closely with pastoral teams Monitor behaviour and provide feedback Promote social and emotional development Requirements CACHE/NVQ Level 2 or 3 (desirable) Behaviour management experience (highly desirable) Strong communication skills Enhanced DBS on the Update Service Why Join GSL?
