Need help with miscellaneous IT tasks and troubleshooting
I’m looking for a friendly IT helper to tackle a few miscellaneous tasks around my home office. Ideally, you’d assist with small networking tweaks, software updates, and light hardware troubleshooting for a desktop PC and a couple of smart devices. I’d appreciate someone who can explain steps clearly, avoid jargon, and help optimize my setup for speed and security. Specific tasks include updating antivirus, clearing cluttered startup programs, configuring 2FA on a few accounts, and quick guidance on improving Wi-Fi coverage. Availability should fit a mid-morning slot, and I’d prefer someone who can bring basic tools and has up-to-date knowledge of common consumer tech. If you have a bit of help-desk experience or a patient approach with non-tech users, that’s a big plus.
