Based in Coventry

Monday to Thursday: 7:30am till 4:30pm

EARLY FINISH Fridays: 7:30am till 12:00pm (39 hours per week)

£12.71 per hour

Temporary to permanent opportunity

Are you an experienced Trimming Assembly Operator ready to get hands-on in a fast paced manufacturing environment in Coventry?

In this role, you'll be assembling and trimming high‑quality interior components, working to precise standards where attention to detail and pride in your finish really matter.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Assembly and trimming of automotive interior components
Working with leather, vinyl, fabric, foam, and other interior materials
Hand and machine assembly of trim parts to specification
Following build instructions, drawings, and work standards
Carrying out visual quality checks to ensure a premium finish
Using hand tools and small machinery safely and effectively
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
Working as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines
Essential Skills & Experience
Previous experience in automotive interior assembly or trimming is essential (If you do not have this, you will not be contacted)
Experience working to high quality standards in a manufacturing environment
Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and work to precise specifications
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
