Press Operator
Alliance Personnel are seeking a dedicated and skilled Press Operator to join one of our clients based in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various hydraulic presses, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining efficient production workflows. This role is vital in delivering precise products that meet client specifications and quality standards. Responsibilities
- Being responsible for operating production machinery used in the minting process.
- Carrying out quality checks during the mining process and on the blanks to process, and the coins & medals produced to required standards.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Work towards meeting production targets and deadlines.
- Assist with identifying and implementing improvements in production processes.
- Recording accurate records of production activities in the company's ERP system.
- Assist with maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas as directed.
- To identify and report issues arising from the production process.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the production team
