BMS Maintenance Technician - Midlands

The Role
We are seeking an experienced BMS Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Midlands. This is a great opportunity for an engineer with a solid background in Trend or Tridium systems to work across a variety of sites, ensuring BMS systems are maintained, optimised, and operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on BMS systems
Diagnose and rectify faults across BMS hardware and software
Perform system checks, testing, and minor modifications
Monitor system performance and optimise control strategies
Troubleshoot communication and integration issues
Complete service reports and documentation accurately
Liaise with clients and provide technical support on site
Support reactive callouts when requiredSkills & Experience Required

Strong knowledge of Trend or Tridium BMS systems
Experience in BMS service, maintenance, and fault finding
Valid CSCS/ECS card
Basic understanding of HVAC systems and controls
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
