A large academy in Solihull is seeking a proactive and professional HR & Recruitment Assistant to support the school’s expanding staffing operations from January 2026 .
The Role
Working within the HR and Operations team, you will support safer recruitment and staff lifecycle processes, including:
- Managing recruitment adverts and candidate packs
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment days
- Processing DBS, references and safeguarding checks
- Maintaining staff records and HR systems
- Supporting induction, onboarding and training logistics
- Assisting with HR administration, policies and staff communications
