Are you a seasoned freight forwarding pro with a sharp commercial edge and a passion for leading high-performing teams? We're on the lookout for an experienced Operations Manager to take charge of global logistics operations for a well-established, forward-thinking logistics company.

This is a hands-on, strategic role where you'll be responsible for the smooth execution of global shipments, documentation, budgeting, and managing full P&L for your department. You'll be a key player working with suppliers, overseas partners, commercial teams, and clients on high-profile, high-value projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex, sensitive, and high-profile project shipments globally
• Own all documentation, invoicing, and operational activities across air, ocean, and road
• Collaborate with transport and commercial teams to streamline costs and boost profitability
• Build and maintain top-tier relationships with clients, partners, and 3PL/4PL providers
• Monitor budgets, drive profitability, and maintain full control over department P&L
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal procedures

Requirements:

• 10+ years of freight forwarding experience, with proven management credentials
• Deep knowledge of international logistics, documentation, and Letter of Credit processes
• Strong leadership skills - you're a people motivator and process optimiser
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, commercial awareness, and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of freight regulations and global logistics best practices
