What’s in it for you?

• Base salary: £35,000 - £45,000
• On-target earnings: Realistic OTE of £100,000+
• Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 from home
• Working hours: 8:30am-5pm or 9am-5:30pm
• Holiday: 25 days holiday + bank holidays

Your Day-to-Day as an IT Recruitment Consultant:

• Be the go-to recruitment expert for a portfolio of clients across the IT sector
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates
• Provide tailored recruitment solutions that meet technical hiring needs
• Source top IT talent using job boards, social media, networking, and CRM tools
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through thorough screening and engagement
• Identify and convert new business opportunities, pitching confidently to key decision-makers
• Prepare compelling recruitment proposals and secure long-term partnerships

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in IT recruitment, including hiring for roles such as developers, engineers, analysts, cybersecurity specialists, and IT project managers
• Strong understanding of tech stacks, tools, and certifications
• Successful track record of managing the full recruitment sales cycle
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to exceed KPIs
• A natural communicator who excels at building rapport and trust
• Organised, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
