Finance Manager

Our client, is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial operations, support strategic decision-making, and play a key role in the development of the finance team.

Key responsibilities of the Finance Manager:

Lead the monthly management accounts process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting.

Provide insightful financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.

Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads.

Develop and maintain robust internal controls and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Manage, mentor, and support a team of finance professionals.

Work closely with external auditors and manage year-end audit processes.

Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency.

Support senior leadership with financial modelling and performance reviews.

Oversee cash flow management and treasury reporting.
Key essentials of the Finance Manager:

Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
