Need general IT help with computer setup and troubleshooting
I’m looking for a friendly IT helper to assist with some computer setup and basic troubleshooting. The tasks include installing essential software, connecting and configuring peripherals, setting up email and cloud storage, updating drivers, and resolving a few minor network issues. I’d prefer someone who can explain steps clearly and work onsite at my home in the UK. It would be great if you can also suggest simple security best practices and basic maintenance tips to keep everything running smoothly. Please mention any relevant certifications or experience with Windows and Mac setups.
