A well-established secondary school in Birmingham is seeking a dependable Caretaker to support the smooth and safe running of the school site.
Job Overview
This full-time role involves maintaining school buildings and grounds, ensuring health and safety compliance, and supporting day-to-day operational needs. The Caretaker will work closely with senior leaders to ensure the site remains secure, clean, and well-maintained.

Caretaker – Responsibilities & Experience
Opening and securing the site
Conducting health & safety checks (fire alarms, lighting, alarms)
Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance
Managing contractors and deliveries
Maintaining grounds and external areas
Previous caretaking or site management experience preferred
