Role Overview:
As a Property Account Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing a portfolio of high-quality city centre apartments. From move-in to check-out, you’ll be the key contact for both clients and residents, ensuring a smooth tenancy experience and optimal asset performance. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence and care.

This is more than just a property role—it’s about building relationships, solving problems, and adding value to clients’ investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a designated portfolio, enhancing rental income and minimising void periods
• Build trusted relationships with both clients and residents, offering tailored support
• Provide regular updates, reports, and rental price reviews to clients
• Oversee maintenance requests and repairs with speed and professionalism
• Collaborate with the lettings team to ensure quick and high-quality re-lettings
• Support property compliance, legal notices, and rent arrears management
• Conduct periodic and ad hoc property inspections
• Handle deposit release and end-of-tenancy processes efficiently

Working Conditions:

• Full-time role based in Birmingham city centre
• Approx. 90% office-based, with 10% of time on-site or visiting clients

Salary & Benefits:

• £25,000-£28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
