Due to continued growth within our Civils Division, ISS Labour is seeking an experienced Railway Civils Team for long-term ongoing works across the Midlands and North West regions.

We are looking to recruit a dedicated 4–5 person team consisting of:

Positions Available

Civils Supervisor (1 Position)

* SSSTS essential

* Proven and fully checkable railway civils background

* Experience supervising lineside civils works

* Strong understanding of safety, quality and productivity requirements

* Ability to lead teams and liaise with clients and site management

Skilled Groundworkers (3 – 4 Positions)

* Experience in railway civils essential

* Competent in:

* LOC base installations

* Troughing routes

* Concrete works

* Driver walkways

* General lineside civils activities

* Ability to work safely within a rail environment

Requirements

* PTS essential

* Full UK driving licence preferred

* Must be willing to work away from home and stay in digs when required

* Flexible approach to working days and nights during the week

* Available for weekend shifts when required

* Strong safety culture and commitment to high-quality workmanship

* Ability to provide references and a fully checkable work history
