Office Manager
Office Manager Moseley Start Date: ASAP Salary: £14.25 - £17 per hour Are you an experienced Office Manager looking to make a difference in a busy Primary School environment? Do you have strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a fast-paced school office? Are you confident in handling administrative duties while supporting staff, pupils and parents? TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming Primary School in Balsall Heath. The school promotes a supportive and inclusive environment, where staff work collaboratively to ensure the smooth running of daily operations and provide a positive experience for pupils and families. The school is looking to take on a dedicated Office Manager on a full-time basis starting ASAP. The successful Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the school office, managing administrative systems, supporting senior leadership, and acting as a key point of contact for parents, staff and external agencies. The successful Office Manager will have:
- Previous experience working as an Office Manager or in a school administration role
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Experience using school systems such as SIMS or similar
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload
- A proactive and professional approach
