Geography Teacher - Solihull, West Midlands - January 2026
A high-performing 11–18 secondary school in Solihull is seeking a passionate Teacher of Geography to join its thriving Humanities faculty from January 2026.
Geography is a well-established and popular subject within the school, with strong uptake at GCSE and growing numbers at A-Level. The department places a strong emphasis on fieldwork, contemporary global issues and geographical literacy.
The Role
You will teach Geography across KS3–KS5, delivering a curriculum that balances physical and human geography with geographical skills and enquiry. Fieldwork is embedded into the curriculum and well supported by leadership.
The role includes:
Teaching engaging, knowledge-rich lessons
Supporting GCSE and A-Level students to achieve strong outcomes
Contributing to curriculum refinement and shared resources
Supporting enrichment and local fieldwork opportunities
