SupplyBank is recruiting Cover Supervisors for September starts across our network of partner secondary schools. We're looking for people who can command a room, think on their feet and build positive relationships with young people.

Some of our most successful Cover Supervisors have come from backgrounds in:

• Community and support work

What separates a great Cover Supervisor from an average one?

It's not subject knowledge. It's presence.

The ability to walk into a classroom, establish expectations quickly, communicate clearly and create an environment where students can succeed. The work is already planned and set for you, so you will need to ensure behaviour is managed and work is complete.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
