Responsibilities of the Practice Manager Job in Birmingham:
- Oversee the smooth running of the practice, including managing staff, finances, and resources
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care by monitoring patient satisfaction, clinical outcomes, and patient safety
- Develop and implement practice policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, including patients, suppliers, and external partners
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information, staff files, and financial reports
Requirements for a Practice Manager Job in Birmingham:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management or related field
- At least five years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in primary care
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
