Need computer troubleshooting and small IT tasks
I'm looking for a reliable tech person to help with a few simple IT tasks at home. The main needs are fixing a slow PC, removing unnecessary software, setting up printer sharing on the network, updating Windows, and configuring a basic backup solution. Some familiarity with macOS would be a plus since we have a laptop there as well. I’d prefer someone who can explain steps clearly and not just do it for me, so I can learn a bit too. Please mention total estimated time, any hardware or software requirements, and whether you can work on weekends.
