Corporate Receptionist - City Centre (ID:25285)

A corporate financial services company based in the city centre is looking for an experienced Receptionist to join its friendly and professional team. We are seeking a candidate who can confidently manage a high volume of calls, act as a gatekeeper when required, and deliver an exceptional level of service to both internal and external stakeholders. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a key role in creating a positive and professional impression of the business.

The role will involve greeting visitors, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, phone calls, and post, setting up meeting rooms, ordering office supplies, and providing general administrative support. You will also help ensure the office is maintained to a high standard, including printing and binding documents when required.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a reception or front-of-house role, ideally within financial services, professional services, high-end hospitality, luxury hotels, or as cabin crew looking to transition into a corporate environment.
