The Role: Support children with communication and learning needs in the resource base. Work primarily with KS1 pupils, many of whom are non-verbal. Assist with lesson delivery, classroom management, and skill development. Encourage independence, engagement, and participation in learning activities. Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCO, and support staff. The Ideal Candidate: Experience supporting children with SEND, particularly communication and learning needs. Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills. Confident working with non-verbal pupils. Enthusiastic about helping children achieve their potential.
