Senior Dental Technician – Prosthetics
Location: Birmingham
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum (DOE)
A forward-thinking dental laboratory in Birmingham is currently seeking an experienced Dental Technician with a strong background in prosthetics to join their growing team. This is a senior-level position , ideal for someone ready to take on more responsibility in a friendly and collaborative environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Fabricating full and partial dentures to a high standard
- Contributing to the development and mentoring of junior team members
- Supporting day-to-day lab operations with potential managerial duties
- Collaborating closely with colleagues and clinicians
- Optional: Assisting with CAD/CAM workflows (training available if needed)
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid experience in prosthetic dental work
- Some managerial or supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems is beneficial, though not essential
- A team player with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and organisational skills
