Your Role as a Teaching Assistant

In this position, you will:

Work closely with the class teacher to support engaging and creative lessons

Provide tailored support to pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups

Promote positive behaviour and encourage active participation

Help foster a nurturing, inclusive and stimulating learning environment

Contribute to the wider school community and daily classroom life
