Associate Transactional Procurement Coordinator
- Support the transactional IT Buying team and Head of DTS Business Operations, in the administration and coordination of technology related orders on behalf of multiple service areas.
- Maintain, Manage and monitor the DTS portal forms and technology catalogue, ensuring they are relevant and up to date.
- Managing all orders from request to closure through the DTS internal call monitoring tool, ensuring robust cost control and that all purchases are documented accurate and up to date.
- Responsible for raising requisitions with the Oracle HR and Finance system, goods receipting purchase orders and the management of related supplier invoices.
- Be a subject matter expert in related DTS internal processes, to be able to advise, ensure adherence, and manage the smooth delivery of all orders through distribution to P.OD.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to build solid relationships, resolve queries and support service delivery.
- Contribute to reporting and audit requirements, ensuring transparency, accountability and assurance.
- Experience in the purchasing of technology related products or procurement within a public sector or regulated environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with public procurement legislation (e.g., PCR 2015/PA2023) is desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in technology products and tools such as, Microsoft, P2P systems, e-procurement systems, Oracle and with a good level of IT knowledge
