Academics Ltd is working with a wide network of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Birmingham.We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to support schools on a short-term, long-term and ongoing basis.
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant working across Birmingham, you will:

Support class teachers in delivering engaging and structured lessons
*
Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to help pupils reach their potential
*
Assist with classroom management and promote positive behaviour
*
Support pupils with varying learning needs, including SEND where required
What We’re Looking For
*
Experience working with children (school-based experience)
*
Strong communication skills and the confidence to build rapport quickly
*
Reliability and willingness to travel to different schools across Birmingham
*
An enhanced DBS on the update service
