This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, independent Sales & Lettings Agency where you’ll work closely with the Director and play a key part in developing and strengthening the lettings department.

🌟 The Role

This is a hands-on, operational role covering the full tenancy lifecycle and day-to-day portfolio management.

Your responsibilities will include:

• End-to-end tenancy progression (preparation, referencing, Right to Rent, deposit registration)
• Managing rent reviews
• Handling maintenance issues, instructing contractors and seeing works through to completion
• Conducting property inspections and reporting to landlords
• Managing check-outs and supporting deposit negotiations
• Maintaining CRM and compliance records in line with current legislation
• Providing operational and administrative support to the Director

✅ The Ideal Candidate

• 2–3+ years’ experience within lettings or property management
• Strong understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance
• Confident coordinating maintenance and communicating with tenants and landlords
• Highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Professional, proactive and comfortable working within a small independent business
• Knowledge of Street CRM would be advantageous
