Year 4 Teacher - Birmingham
An ambitious and nurturing primary school in Birmingham is looking to appoint a confident Year 4 Teacher to join their KS2 team from January 2026. The school has a strong reputation for academic achievement and places equal emphasis on pastoral care and pupil wellbeing.
• Year 4 Teacher required from January 2026
• KS2 teaching role within a well-established Birmingham primary school
• Full-time post starting January 2026
You will work within a collaborative year group, supported by experienced leaders and well-resourced classrooms. The school promotes creativity, independence, and high expectations across the curriculum.
Responsibilities include:
Delivering high-quality lessons across the KS2 curriculum
Supporting pupil progress through effective assessment
Creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment
Managing behaviour positively and consistently
Contributing to curriculum planning and development
Person specification:
QTS and relevant teaching experience
Strong organisational and communication skills
Adaptable teaching approach
Commitment to safeguarding
Passion for pupil progress
