We’re looking for a Receptionist to join our team at our Birmingham location.
Key Responsibilities of the Receptionist:
Be the friendly face that greets every guest, creating a positive and exciting first impression.
Handle guest questions, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and urgency. Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar to ensure accurate and timely delivery. Help manage reservations and walk-ins efficiently to keep the guest flow running smoothly.If you have experience in the below too that would be advantageous:
Previous experience within a hospitality or entertainment setting.
