Temporary Administrative Assistant, Global Investment firm
- Managing complex calendars
- Coordinating meetings and calls across multiple time zones
- Arranging international and domestic travel
- Processing expenses, invoices, and general admin
- Supporting the wider team and pitching in where needed
- Providing phone and holiday cover when required
- Minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience in an assistant or coordinator role
- Proven experience managing diaries (essential)
- Proactive, personable, and highly organised
