Need IT support for miscellaneous computer issue
Hi there, I'm looking for a reliable IT helper to address a range of small computer tasks. The job includes diagnosing a slow PC, updating software, setting up a new printer, and transferring files from an old laptop. I’d prefer someone who can explain steps clearly and avoid technical jargon. A quick on-site visit or remote assistance works, but on-site is best for hardware checks. Access to my home is flexible, and I’d appreciate a rough ETA and a clear hourly rate. Please bring basic tools and any cables needed for peripherals. I’m in the UK and would like someone who speaks clear English.
