Location: Edgbaston, Birmingham B16
MPS Paid to Scale
Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
Start Date: September 1 st 2026
Contract: Long-Term temporary, Temp to Perm
- Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
- Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners and support pupil progress.
- Monitor attainment and use assessment data to inform future planning.
- Create a positive, inclusive and well-structured classroom environment.
- Support pupils' transition into Key Stage 1, promoting confidence and independence.
- Work closely with teaching assistants, colleagues and senior leaders.
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support pupil development.
- Contribute to the wider school community and maintain high expectations for all pupils.
What We're Looking For:
- QTS or be due to achieve QTS by September 2026.
- Experience teaching within KS1 (placements accepted for ECTs).
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A commitment to helping every child achieve their potential.
