The Role
As a Senior Technology Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-value technical positions. You'll work closely with clients implementing cloud migrations, building robust infrastructure, and developing modern DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities
Working with hiring managers to understand complex technical requirements and create effective recruitment strategies. Building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates in the Cloud and Infrastructure space. Managing multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining our high standards of service. Identifying and approaching passive candidates through various channels. Negotiating offers and managing the placement process end-to-end.
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3 years' experience in technology recruitment, with demonstrable success in placing technical professionals
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure technologies
- Knowledge of current trends in DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Excellent relationship building and networking abilities
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Experience using modern recruitment tools and LinkedIn Recruiter
