We are looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who can work using their own initiative. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities: Drive Sales: Lead your team to achieve and exceed sales targets, cultivating a performance-driven culture. Operational Management: Oversee the daily running of the store, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards while managing costs effectively.
