An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join a leading, full-service law firm as a product owner.

The main purpose of this role is to understand business needs, define roadmaps and support the adoption of key technology solutions across the firm.

Responsibilities:

• Driving awareness and adoption of legal tech solutions.

• Scanning the market for new and innovative tools.
• Reporting on tech solutions usage to relevant stakeholders to better understand adoption, gaps as well as barriers to adoption.
• Assisting with the implementation of new legal tech solutions to ensure a seamless integration.

• Building strong relationships with colleagues, clients and vendors.
• Assisting with any upgrades, integrations or configurations of existing technology solutions.

• Understanding business requirements and challenges in order to deliver legal technology solutions that are fit for purpose.
• Supporting on projects within the Platforms workstream and deploying IT best practice to raise the profile of the team's objectives firm-wide.

Experience and technical skills:

• HighQ and Contract Express knowledge.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

• Confidence in dealing with stakeholders and the ability to build strong relationships.

• Innovative and solution oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to convey technical information in a simple to understand language.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
