Help preparing meals at home for weekly planning
I’m looking for someone to help prepare simple, nutritious meals at home for the week. I work full-time and would love assistance with planning, cooking, and portioning for breakfast and dinner for five days. Ideally, you can start with a quick grocery list, then prepare and store meals in labeled containers. I prefer balanced, low-sodium options and would like the food stored in the fridge in clearly labeled portions. Basic kitchen cleanup after cooking would be appreciated. The space is a standard UK kitchen, and I’m flexible on timing, aiming for a weekend session if possible.
