About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead Supported Living services supporting adults with mental health needs, forensic backgrounds, and complex behaviours .
You'll oversee day-to-day operations, ensure CQC compliance , lead a staff team, and deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Supported Living services across 2 locations
- Maintain CQC compliance and quality standards
- Manage staff, performance, and training
- Oversee safeguarding and risk management
- Build relationships with commissioners and professionals
- Drive service improvement and occupancy
Requirements
- 2+ years management experience in Supported Living / Mental Health / Complex Care
- Strong knowledge of CQC, safeguarding, MCA & DoLS
- Experience with complex needs & challenging behaviours
- Level 5 (or working towards)
- Full UK driving licence
