Location: UK-based (with international travel)
Salary: Competitive + OTE Bonus + Company Car

Are you a dynamic Business Development Manager with a passion for driving growth and innovation? We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our clients Rail weighing division, managing strategy, operations, and global market expansion.
What you'll do:

Take full ownership of the Rail weighing business unit, including P&L responsibility

Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive global sales

Build long-term customer relationships and identify new market opportunities

Collaborate across teams to deliver operational improvements and ensure CRM best practices

Represent the business in key customer meetings, presentations, and tender processes
What we’re looking for:

Proven track record in business development and sales growth

Experience in the Rail industry or weighing solutions (preferred)

Strong commercial acumen and strategic planning skills

Confident communicator, comfortable influencing at all levels

Proficiency with Salesforce CRM is advantageous
-
Full UK driving licence and ability to travel internationally
