Caretaker - Secondary School (Barn)

A large and well-established special school in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Caretaker to support its extensive site and facilities.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, overseeing contractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Experience working in a complex or multi-building site would be advantageous.
This role would suit a caretaker who is calm, organised, and confident working in a specialist educational setting.
The School
The school supports pupils with additional needs and serves approximately 250 students. It is well resourced, highly structured, and known for its strong pastoral systems and supportive leadership team.
