- £25,500 basic salary + uncapped commission
- 1st year OTE £30–35k (top performers £100k+)

- Clear progression to Senior Recruitment Consultant and beyond
- Structured training, coaching and continuous professional development
- Source, screen and speak to candidates daily
- Build new business using sales and communication techniques
- Understand client requirements and match suitable candidates
- Prioritise in a fast‑paced environment
- Handle pressure, feedback and rejection positively
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced hours in school holidays) Your First 6 Months
