Need IT assistance for miscellaneous computer tasks
I'm looking for a reliable IT helper to assist with a range of small computer tasks around my home office. Tasks may include setting up a new printer, configuring backups, updating software, cleaning up malware risks, and troubleshooting occasional connectivity issues. I’d prefer someone who can explain steps clearly and avoid technical jargon. Friendly, patient, and able to work with both Windows and macOS is ideal. A few hours of on-site or remote support would be great, with flexible scheduling to fit weekdays.
