We’re partnering with a well-established organisation looking to appoint a Head of IT in a pivotal leadership role with real influence across the business.

This is an opportunity to take full ownership of technology, shaping both the strategic direction and operational delivery of IT. You’ll play a key role in driving improvements, enhancing security and resilience, and enabling the business to scale effectively through technology.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Leading the overall delivery of IT services across the business
* Ensuring the reliability and performance of core systems, platforms and infrastructure
* Maintaining a strong security posture and managing technical risk
* Overseeing business-critical applications and system improvements
* Delivering technology projects and driving continuous improvement
* Managing external partners and ensuring service quality
* Overseeing third-party agreements, spend, and value delivery
* Contributing to the development of a forward-looking technology roadmap
* Partnering with leadership to align IT with operational needs

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role (Head of IT / IT Manager level)
* Strong technical background across infrastructure, systems and security
* Experience working with virtualised environments
* Track record of delivering IT projects and managing change
* Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and controls
* Experience managing vendors, contracts, and IT budgets
* Confident communicator able to work with senior and non-technical stakeholders
* Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable taking ownership

Desirable Experience

* Experience within a professional services or regulated environment
* Understanding of compliance and data governance requirements
