You'll be at the forefront of project delivery, leading the design of complex building structures while building and strengthening client relationships across a high-profile portfolio. As an Associate Structural Engineer, you'll oversee design schemes, calculations, specifications, and project reporting while mentoring and developing junior engineers to ensure the successful delivery of projects to the highest technical standards. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, manage client expectations, and play a key role in driving projects forward commercially and technically.

The successful candidate will be Chartered and degree qualified in Structural Engineering, with extensive consultancy experience and a proven background in delivering building structures projects across a variety of sectors. Strong technical expertise in all traditional materials, alongside proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, and modern design software, is essential. Equally important is the ability to communicate confidently with clients, lead teams effectively, and bring energy, initiative, and commercial awareness to every project.
