A fast-growing UK facilities services business is looking for an ambitious and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its commercial team. The company works closely with universities and student accommodation providers across the UK and delivers cleaning, facilities management, maintenance and compliance services.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in sales within a structured and supportive environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.

Applicants may have studied subjects such as, Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Communications, Psychology, International Business, International Relations, Sales Management, Professional Sales. Candidates with other degree backgrounds will also be considered if they have experience in customer service, sales, recruitment, account management or another similar commercial role.

The key responsibilities of this role as a Graduate Sales Development Representative (SDR) are:

* Research and identify potential customers within the university and student accommodation sectors

* Build and maintain a database of target organisations and key decision makers

* Contact prospective clients through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn and other communication channels

* Generate and book qualified meetings for the senior sales team

* Build interest in the company’s services through professional and engaging communication

* Follow up leads in a timely and organised manner

* Keep CRM systems updated with accurate customer information and activity records

* Support lead nurturing and business development campaigns

* Learn and develop consultative sales skills and product knowledge

* Work towards and exceed sales activity and revenue targets

The employment package for a Graduate Sales Development Representative (SDR) is:

* Starting salary of £27,000 O.T.E £37,000

* Monday – Friday working in Sutton Coldfield
