Education Recruitment Consultant SEND - Birmingham

This is an opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a friendly, successful Teacher Recruitment agency based in Birmingham city center.

There a very warm SEND desk has become available, this is due to the current recruiter moving into a non-billing role. The desk currently sits on over 100 days a week.

The desk covers SEND Teachers and Support Staff supplying schools and SEND establishments across the various part of Birmingham and the West Midlands.

There will be a hand over period allowing you to spend time getting to know your schools and candidates, the current consultant running the desk will attend school visits to introduce you as their new point of contact.

An integral part of this role is providing excellent service to your already loyal and long-standing Schools and Candidates.

Education recruitment experience is required for this position, training will be provided if you haven’t run a Special Needs desk before.

You will be working for an agency that really cares about their staff, they give you the room to run your desk with support and are one of the few agencies that don’t have KPI’s.

You will have a full resourcing and compliance team helping you attract the best Teachers and support staff across the West Midlands and surrounding areas,

The desk is very warm generating a decent amount of commission which would be transferred to you after your first month.

You will be working for a company that has been established for many years with several branches across the UK in key locations.

The company offers a very competitive basic salary depending on your level of experience (up to £32,000) along with inherited commission

For this particular position, you must have previous experience in Education Recruitment or a similar background.
