Key responsibilities:

• ? Managing a portfolio of residential properties across the local area
• ?? Coordinating maintenance and repairs efficiently
• ?? Handling routine and interim property inspections
• ?? Managing tenancy renewals, notices and end-of-tenancy processes
• ?? Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors professionally
• ?? Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and best practice
• ?? Resolving issues promptly with a customer-first approach

What we’re looking for:

• ? Previous property management experience (ideally 1+ years)
• ? Knowledge of current lettings legislation and procedures
• ? Excellent organisational and communication skills
• ? Calm and confident under pressure
• ? Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• ? Full UK driving licence
