About the Role

The school is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Biology Teacher to deliver consistently high-quality lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5. You will play a key role in maintaining the department’s strong academic outcomes, teaching motivated pupils who demonstrate engagement and positive behaviour.

The successful candidate will primarily teach Biology at GCSE and A Level, while contributing to the wider Science curriculum at KS3. Teaching is designed to develop scientific enquiry, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of biological processes through practical investigation and research-informed pedagogy.

Experience and Qualifications

• Ability to teach Biology across KS3–KS5
• Degree in Biology or a related Science discipline

• Excellent subject knowledge and enthusiasm for biological sciences
• Legal right to work in the UK
