Court of Protection Solicitor - Principal Associate

Are you an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor looking to progress to Principal Associate level within a specialist and highly regarded law firm? This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Court of Protection and Private Client team known for delivering high-quality, complex work.

The Role

As a Principal Associate Court of Protection Solicitor, you will take responsibility for managing your own caseload while also supporting colleagues on more complex and high-value matters.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a varied Court of Protection caseload

• Dealing with complex Court of Protection matters

• Preparing court bundles and legal documentation

• Liaising with clients, the Court of Protection and third parties

• Handling deputyship applications for health and welfare

• Undertaking legal research and providing technical guidance

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified Court of Protection Solicitor with relevant experience

• Operating at Senior Associate or Principal Associate level currently

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to Court of Protection and Private Client work

• Have excellent communication and client-care skills

• Be empathetic, professional and confident working with vulnerable clients

• Be ready to step into a senior role within a busy Court of Protection team
