As an SEND Recruitment Consultant you will inherit an existing desk, and have the opportunity to make a real difference to the children and young adults we support in our schools throughout the West Midlands. This opportunity has been created due to internal promotion.

To join our team ideally you will be: -

• A Graduate with strong sales, recruitment, written and verbal communication skills
• Capable of responding well to training and presenting back on training modules
• Professionally presented with capacity to present at a high level to include MAT’s
• A creative thinker, always looking at ways to add value to the services we offer to our schools
• Able to build strong relationships with our supply, interim and permanent staff, this is key to the growth of any successful desk
• Able to demonstrate the confidence to try new things and take yourself outside your comfort zone
• Happy to get involved with all our community and charity projects
• A team player who takes your job as opposed to yourself seriously (we have fun)!
• Driven by the opportunity to achieve personal progression and good OTE
