This is an opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a friendly, successful Teacher Recruitment agency based in Birmingham

Due to continued growth, two desks have become available covering Birmingham and the surrounding area.

The desks cover supplying special educational needs Teachers, Support Staff, NQT’s to Primary and Secondary Schools, Further education and home tuition.

This will be joining a friendly group of recruiters that work as a team, individual success is team success if you are on annual leave you can enjoy your holiday knowing your desk is being looked after and cared for.

As a specialist agency and due to the good reputation you will find work in a consultative way, you will be free to work autonomously without high KPI’s, sales call targets as the focus is on quality over quantity.

This is working in a fast-paced environment no two days are the same and as a non-corporate agency you will be able to enjoy a free and fun atmosphere, there are many age groups making this a diverse place to work.

This is an agency with a very low staff turnover, you will enjoy ongoing training including safeguarding children and young people and safer recruitment which will give you a deeper understanding of the clients, students, and teachers you deal with.

Along with an attractive salary up to £38,000 you will also earn commission up to 16%

For this particular position, you must have previous experience in Education Recruitment or similar background.
