In this role, you will oversee installation quality across your region, working closely with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure high standards and smooth delivery. You'll play a key role in maintaining technical excellence and supporting the growth of the installation network. The Role Oversee the quality of solar and battery installations across your region

• Conduct remote and on-site quality audits (including WIP checks)
• Act as a technical expert, supporting subcontractors and internal teams
• Assist with onboarding and developing installation partners
• Ensure compliance with MCS standards and industry regulationsThe Person

Qualified electrician with 5+ years' experience

• Strong background in Solar PV, battery and/or EV installations
• Confident communicator with ability to manage subcontractors and stakeholders
